The key measurement to take is the external kerb size, as shown in the diagram above. When measuring the base (or kerb) where the lantern will be installed, you need to record the outside dimensions — both the length and the width.

It’s available in a range of set sizes from 400 × 700 mm up to 1000 × 2700 mm to suit different roof openings and project needs.
What glazing options are available?
You can choose from 28 mm double glazing or 44 mm triple glazing for enhanced insulation and thermal performance.
Can I upgrade the glass for extra security?
Yes, an optional 6.8 mm laminated inner glass pane is available for added security.
Is the FlatLite secure?
All FlatLite rooflights come with PAS24:2022 security as standard for peace of mind and enhanced protection.
Is installation difficult?
