2019
Time For Change
Before officially founding Glazing Store, Russell Tarry and Dan Calvert began working on their vision of an online glazing provider that would bring together all the products required for modern house development into an easy to use environment. They spent this year researching the finest suppliers, agreeing on the most competitive prices and developing the user experience of the store until a blueprint for the business was formed.
2020
Glazing Store Launched
Glazing Store was officially launched during the COVID-19 lockdown, at a time when the industry was rapidly changing and customers were looking for smarter, more accessible ways to source high-quality glazing products. Recognising this shift early, we positioned ourselves as one of the first online businesses to offer the full Korniche range through a dedicated e-commerce platform, bringing professional-grade glazing solutions directly to homeowners and trade customers alike.
We quickly became known for our expertise in the Korniche roof lantern, establishing a strong reputation for product knowledge, accuracy, and customer support. Building on this success, we expanded our specialist offering to include bi-fold doors, applying the same detailed approach and commitment to service. He plays a hands-on role in selecting trusted suppliers and shaping the product range, while also focusing on building strong, long-term relationships with customers through clear advice and dependable service.
With over 20 years’ experience in the fenestration industry, Russell brings deep industry knowledge to every aspect of the business. Coming from a family-run glazing company, he developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, customer care, and doing things the right way, principles that led him to launch Glazing Store and continue to guide its growth today.

Emma Millsom is the Sales & Admin Manager at Glazing Store, responsible for daily customer management and ensuring every enquiry is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. She plays a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, providing clear communication and dependable support from first contact through to order completion.
Alongside customer care, Emma oversees customer quotations and project management, coordinating orders and keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. Her organised, hands-on approach helps ensure timelines are met, expectations are managed, and every customer receives a professional and seamless experience.

Dan Calvert is Co-Director of Glazing Store and leads the website and digital marketing, ensuring customers enjoy a smooth, intuitive, and informative online journey. He is responsible for how the business is presented online, from product discovery to checkout, continually refining the platform to deliver a shopping experience that is unparalleled within the industry.
With a strong understanding of both the glazing sector and digital commerce, Dan bridges technical expertise with customer-focused design. Daniel Lawrence is a Sales Assistant at Glazing Store, supporting the team with customer quotations and project management to help ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with customers and colleagues alike, assisting with enquiries and helping to keep communication clear and organised throughout each stage of a project.
In addition to his sales support role, Daniel is responsible for managing and developing our outdoor living ranges. From guiding customers on suitable products to ensuring these ranges meet the same high standards as the rest of our offering, he plays an important role in expanding Glazing Store’s solutions beyond the home and into outdoor spaces.
